Detroit Step 1 Overhaul Kits for DD Series Engines come with:6 Cylinder Kits, 6 Connecting Rod Assemblies, EGR Actuator Linkage Nut, Oil Pump, Oil Filter, Oil Pan Gasket, Coolant Filter, Fuel Line Kit, Fuel Filter Kit, Low-End-Bearing Kit, Cylinder Head Bolt Set, Cylinder Head Gasket Kit, and an Engine Block Gasket Kit.

  Detroit StepUP Overhaul Program:

• 
  DD Series Step 1 Basic Overhaul - DD Series Step 1 Kits include all required replacement parts for Step 1 Overhauls.

  DD Series Step 2 Super Overhaul - Add the Cylinder Head, Coolant Thermostat, and Fuel Pump to the Step 1 Overhaul.

• 
  DD Series Step 3 Complete Overhaul - Add the Turbocharger, Fuel Injectors (PowerPack), and Water Pump to the Step 2 Overhaul. For Turbocompound applications the APT Gearbox and APT Turbine must also be ordered and replaced.

  DD Series Step 4 Reman Engine - Purchase a 3/4 or PowerChoice Reman Engine.
