Detroit Step 1 Overhaul Kits for MBE4000 Engines come with:6 Cylinder Kits, Overhaul Gasket Kit, Thermostat Kit, Low-End Bearing Kit, Cylinder Head Bolt Set, Fuel Line Hardware Kit, High Pressure Fuel Lines, and Transfer Tubes. For EGR applications, the EGR Valve and EGR Cooler are included in the MBE4000 Step 1 Kits.

  MBE4000 Step 1 Basic Overhaul - Step 1 Kits include all required parts for Step 1 Overhauls.

  MBE4000 Step 2 Super Overhaul - Purchase the Step 2 Kits which include all required parts for Step 2 Overhauls.

  MBE4000 Step 3 Complete Overhaul - Add the Turbocharger, Fuel Injectors (PowerPack), and Water Pump to the Step 2 Overhaul.

  MBE4000 Step 4 Reman Engine - Purchase a 3/4 or PowerChoice Reman Engine.

  Contact your local Detroit Service Outlet to learn more about the StepUP Overhaul program and how to qualify for up to a 2 Year / 200,000 mile or a 3 Year / 300,000 Mile StepUP Warranty.

  MBE4000 Overhaul Steps 1-3 must be performed by an authorized Detroit service outlet to be eligable for StepUP Coverage.
